Recruitment Process

Understanding organization culture is the key to understanding the workforce requirements of any organization. For a better understanding of the organization and its people requirements we have categorized our recruitment process as follows:

Requirement Mapping

We evaluate the needs and requirements of our clients to determine the required set of skills, this forms an integral part of our client focused recruitment service.


During the mapping exercise, we perform industry specific field mapping on companies and relevant people so as to identify the key competencies. It includes job title, Responsibilities & Expectations.

Interview Co-ordinations

We process the relevant profiles for client reviews. On receiving the feedback from the client we schedule a Interview between the short listed candidates and client. Our Recruiters take the reviews from candidates and clients after the Interview Process.


The closure stages consists of negotiation and offer, Follow up till Joining. Complete Joining and Exit formalities for Temporary Staffing candidates.
